Felt like a boarding room... Liked: The hot chocolate. And front desk service, friendly.. Disliked: It felt like being in a walk-in closet that hadn’t been vacuumed dusted. The pillowcases had a yellowish tint and I didn’t dare to sleep under the covers. I slept on top of a bath towel and I had a small blanket with me that I used to cover myself..

Accessibility. To the local sites... Liked: Great location accessible to the theater District to restaurants and to the Commons all made this a good choice. Even having to drive to South Boston was made easy by the connection of the streets from the hotel to Boston University Medical Center it was only 1.8 miles drive. Disliked: Two drawbacks related to the hotel, one major the other acceptable. The first major drawback was in accessibility for someone with a limited mobility and safety issues relating to the bathroom shower. The entrance to the hotel required going up fairly high stairs. There was a very small staircase, leading up to the rooms and a small elevator. Neither would be appropriate for someone with a wheelchair or crutches this was the major issue. The second drawback was the shower, not having handles and having a slippery floor, which could be a problem for anyone at any age, but more so for a person with a disability. The room was not small with no view except the back alley between buildings, but that was acceptable given a one night stand.

Disappointing Liked: The attitude of desk staff. They were welcoming and always answered our questions. Disliked: No safety bars in the shower, no towel bars, no water cups in bedroom
